Greg McAllister is a GRAMMY-nominated audio engineer, vocal producer and audio technologist with a career that bridges creativity and technical innovation. His engineering career began at Abbey Road Studios, and he has since engineered at major London studios, including AIR Studios, RAK Studios, British Grove and Strongroom. Specialising in vocal production, Greg has worked with artists such as Paul McCartney, Taron Egerton and George Ezra, contributing to projects like Rocketman, Now and Then, and Back To Black.
Beyond engineering, Greg has driven innovation in audio technology, co-authoring patents on generative audio and previously leading the audio technology roadmap at Sonos. He currently serves as Senior Director of Content and Signal Processing at Universal Music Group. A classically trained pianist, Greg has also worked as a music editor and arranger, with credits including Disney’s Sound of Magic orchestral stage show, and Aerosmith’s Deuces Are Wild Las Vegas residency.
